Edwards heritage is centered around the superfruit, the Burgundy blackcurrant. His ancestors cultivated this nutritious berry and in 1895 became notable Cassis makers in Dijon. In the 1950’s, Gabriel Damidot created the Kir cocktail, launching a new aperitif that took France by storm and trademarked the Kir brand. Now, this is the birthplace of Burgundy’s terroir into the millennium by creating an exclusive anti-aging botanical formula to keep skin youthful and radiant, thus marking the beginning of the VINESSIME brand.
Bernard BOUVIER – A devoted business partner
Like his family before him, Bernard is a proficient grape grower. The age-old Pinot Noir vines of the Rene Bouvier estate, produced by different plots and located in the heart of Gevrey-Chambertin, gives rise to every year to exceptional, internationally renowned vintages. His immoderate love for the terroir he works with every day has naturally turned towards organic viticulture.
